Seitan from last night (Yellow Rose Recipes) and some farm fresh lettuce and tomatoes from my CSA share. I split the cutlets again to make them thinner and dredged is some flour and Penzeys pork chop seasoning and panfried. I added a little of the piccata sauce to the sammiches as well. Now I'm getting hungry...
